5AM ROADS - MON FEB 6, 2012

SYNOPSIS:

Grey County road crews report some frosting over in the Durham and Hanover area, causing slippery conditions, especially on Grey Road 10.

Otherwise, no problems. We have mainly bare and dry to bare and wet conditions on all of our major highways and county routes this morning. Visibility is good.

BRUCE COUNTY HIGHWAYS DEPT REPORTS...

Roads in the Walkerton, Mildmay, Teeswater area are bare and damp and visibility is good.

Roads in the Lucknow, Ripley, Kincardine, Tiverton area are bare and dry.

Roads in the Paisley, Port Elgin, Chesley, Tara area are bare and wet to bare and dry.

Roads in the Wiarton, Southampton, Sauble Beach, Lion's Head area are bare and dry and visibility is good.

GREY COUNTY HIGHWAYS DEPT REPORTS....

Owen Sound, Chatsworth & surrounding areas are bare and damp to bare and dry, and visibility is good.

Meaford, Thornbury & surrounding areas are bare and dry to bare and damp, and visibility is good.

Durham, Hanover & surrounding areas are bare and dry to bare and damp. Some frosted sections causing slippery sections including County road 10. Visibility is good.

Dundalk, Flesherton & surrounding areas are bare and dry to bare and damp. Visibility is good.
