The Walkerton Little Royal Fair is taking place this weekend.
Spokesperson Marg Dennie promises a weekend filled with family fun for all ages.
She says whether it is the Heavy Horse Show, the Horse Pull, Poultry Show, Homecraft Exhibits, the Roast Beef Dinners, the Log Sawing competition, the Kiddie Pedal Tractor Pull the Pet show or the food booths, there is something for everyone.
On Saturday there are chuck races (mini horses pulling mini wagons), bouncy castles, teenage jousting tournaments, sumo wrestling and face painting.
There will also be a reptile show complete with a very lifelike T-Rex that will be walking the fairgrounds on Saturday.
Dennie says this in Ontario's last Fall Fair of the year leading up to The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto.
Dennie says a lot of hard work and planning has gone into this event to make it the best year yet.
She adds it fairs like this one enable the public to better connect with this region's strong agricultural roots.
Dennie says it is a great way to get up close and personal with some barnyard animals, take in a show and let the kids joust, bounce and play.
The fair will take place from October 13th to 15th.
