The Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority has issued a flood outlook statement for Durham.
The Conservation Authority says fluctuations in temperature and recent rainfall have resulted in the deteoration of surface ice on the Saugeen River through Durham.
As a result, ice jamming and localized flooding are possible in areas below the lower dam near the baseball diamonds.
Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority staff say the forecast warmer temperatures and rainfall for tomorrow, could result in rising water levels.
Flows are expected to remain elevated into the weekend, but major flooding is not anticipated.
Residents are reminded to use caution near waters.
